Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or a size exchange.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Please note that unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns. The buyer bears the return shipping costs.


How does the return work?

    1. Please inform us within 30 days of receiving your order via email hello@soera-shop.com
    2. You will then receive our return form by email 
    3. You take the packaged shipment with the return form to the nearest carrier branch and then receive a receipt for your return
    4. We will receive notification of your return and will refund the invoice amount as soon as possible after receipt of the return.
    5. Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled before delivery. All orders are processed immediately to ensure on-time delivery.

 

Are returns free? 
Please note that unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns. The buyer bears the return shipping costs.

 

How long do I have to return something?
After receiving your order, you have the option to register a return within 30 days.  

 

My item is defective 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item (size/color), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
When and how will I get my money back?
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

Lost package/returned package?

If a package was lost or could not be delivered due to a logistical problem, we will immediately send a new package. Please contact our customer service via hello@soera-shop.com
